Description

Purpose of the machine: • pressing of the oil fraction from the seeds of oil-containing plants, • Production of cake with a high protein content. Range of machines by performance: • 100 kg of raw materials in 1 hour, • 200 kg of raw materials in 1 hour, • 500 kg of raw materials in 1 hour, • 1000 kg of raw materials in 1 hour Features: • Oilseeds are pressed six times by pressing in the working area of the machine. • The released oil enters the tank at a temperature of no more than 50 °C. • The squeezed mass (cake) comes out through the technological hole in the form of petals, or in the form of granules. • The moisture range of raw materials before the pressing process is 7-10%. • Product separation: 35% oil and 65% cake. • The oil content of the cake after the initial pressing is up to 14%, after the second 7%. Protein content in cake: • 25% after primary pressing, • 35% after re-pressing.

Линейка машин по производительности: • 100 кг сырья в 1 час, • 200 кг сырья в 1 час, • 500 кг сырья в 1 час, • 1000 кг сырья в 1 час Особенности: • Маслосодержащие семена подвергаются шестикратному отжиму путем прессования в рабочей зоне машины. • Выделяемое масло поступает в емкость при температуре не более 50 °С. • Отжатая масса (жмых) через технологическое отверстие выходит в виде лепестков, либо в виде гранул. • Диапазон влажности сырья перед процессом прессования 7-10%. • Разделение продукта: 35% масла и 65% жмыха. • Масличность жмыха после первичного отжима составляет до 14%, после повторного 7%. Содержание протеина в жмыхе: • 25% после первичного отжима, • 35% после повторного отжима.
