How it works The product is loaded through a hopper and then into a rotating rotor. Centrifugal force presses the product against the inside of the drum. The first knife can be adjusted manually. The size of the bar depends on the distance of the disc knives located in the set. The third knife is a cutter, cuts into cubes and bars. In case of dismantling, the output product will be a block. For slicing soft products (tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, etc.) and for some rather hard products, it is possible to supply water at the time of slicing to reduce trauma to the product. For a soft product, in this case, the cutting shape is maintained, preventing destruction of the product.
