The pitting machine is primarily designed for pitting fresh fruits, although excellent results are also achieved when pitting frozen fruits. In this case, deep-frozen fruit must be partially thawed before pitting. The pitting machine is designed as a very compact structure, supported by solid steel plates on both sides. All other parts of the machine are installed on this structure. The stone knockout panels are made of special stainless steel SUS 304, resistant to fruit acids, with holes adapted to specific types and varieties of fruit. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION: With the help of the operator, the product falls onto a sizing tape, where it is placed in cells. Next, using spring mechanisms, the bone is removed. The purified product then follows a conveyor belt for further processing. The product seeds are moved to a special compartment.
