Purpose

It is used for basic tillage for cereals, fodder and industrial crops. In one pass, it performs soil cultivation to a depth of 16 cm., crushing and embedding plant residues of the predecessor and weeds, creates a loosened layer of soil, and incorporates the applied fertilizers.
The use of "DISKOMASTER" in tillage technology allows you to reduce the cost of cultivating crops, restore the humus layer, and increase soil fertility.
Each processing disc is mounted on an individual rack in 4 rows and is inclined from the vertical axis. The inclination of the disc contributes to the self-cleaning of the disc. At the same time, the disc acts as a ploughshare and a blade, which contributes to a better rotation of the cut layer, its crumbling, and also reduces the required traction force of the tractor. The absence of a single axis of the discs reduces the winding of plant residues and the clogging of the implement. Each row of discs has the ability to separately adjust the angle of attack and, accordingly, the depth of processing. Individual suspension of the working discs simplifies maintenance and repair.
