Tillage equipment
Description
The Solokha disc harrow is designed for cultivating compacted soils of various mechanical compositions with crushing and embedding harvest residues that remain on the surface of the field into the soil, as well as for preparing the soil for sowing winter crops, after harvesting row crops, without deep main cultivation of the soil. The harrow can be used in all soil and climatic zones of Kazakhstan. The disc harrow consists of two batteries: “daisy” discs are installed on the front; On the rear there are solid discs. This allows the discs to work to a given depth and with a high degree of quality, despite the hardness of the soil and crop residues on the field surface. This is achieved primarily due to the large load on the disk (in BGR-4.2 it is 130 kg/disk; in BGR-6.7 -137 kg/disk), and a combination of disks (chamomile disks best cope with cutting layer of soil, with grinding of harvest residues, “solid” disks better mix the soil and crush it). Thanks to this, “Solokha” copes well with large harvest residues. To increase reliability and speed up repairs, both disk batteries are divided into three sections, each of which rests on two supports with bearing units. Thus, with a working width of 4.2 m, the disk battery rests on six bearing units with self-centered spherical roller bearings, which have several degrees of protection against dust and dirt getting into them. Sections of disk batteries are assembled on square-section shafts, which make it impossible to rotate the disks, coils between the disks and pressure washers. The harrow is equipped with discs with a diameter of 710 mm, this makes it possible to increase their service life by at least 30% compared with discs D=650 mm that are installed on other harrows. But the main advantage of this disc harrow is its stable cultivation depth. For disc harrows that were produced earlier, the cultivation depth was set by the angle of attack of the batteries. But with changes in soil moisture and the amount of plant residues on the field surface, the depth of cultivation decreased or, on the contrary, increased, which violated the main agrotechnical requirement - the depth of cultivation. The disc harrow has BGR-4.2; BGR-6.7 "Solokha" cultivation depth is also set by the angle of attack of the batteries, but is additionally limited on the wheel suspension. Thus, even at the maximum angle of attack of the batteries, the harrow will not go deeper than installed on the wheel suspension, and dry soil or a large amount of plant debris does not reduce the depth due to its significant mass - 130 (137 for BGR-6.7) kg/disc (for example in BDT - 7 this figure is 55 kg/disk). Upon request, the harrow can be equipped with a compacting roller, which additionally crushes large lumps of earth and creates a background after its work that reduces the evaporation of moisture from the soil. Structurally, it is made of plates that prevent it from becoming clogged with plant debris and wet soil. Compared with the traditional technology of basic soil cultivation with a plow, using a harrow you reduce fuel costs by half and complete the same amount of work twice as quickly. If you take into account only fuel economy, the harrow will pay for itself after operating 1300 hectares. But in addition, you will not have raked heaps, plant residues, felling ridges and fall furrows on the surface of the field as with plowing. The soil will become less compacted. You'll get your work done in half the time. You don't need to buy 2 tractors and two sets of implements for either
