Description
Supreme 107 guar gum (made in India) is a natural, high-quality thickener and stabilizer (E412) derived from guar seeds. Contains at least 81% galactomannan, provides high viscosity in cold water, is actively used in the food industry (sauces, dairy products, ice cream) to improve the structure and texture of products. Main features and applications of the Supreme 107: Functions: Thickener, stabilizer, emulsifier, structure-former. Application: It is used in the production of meat products, sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, cheeses, ice cream, yogurts, as well as in the confectionery industry to create viscous fillings.
