Устойчив к полеганию. По устойчивости к засухе уступает стандарту до 2 баллов. Макаронные качества хорошие. Восприимчив к пыльной головне; сильновосприимчив к корневым гнилям. В полевых условиях слабо поражался бурой ржавчиной.
