KazAgroFinance Opens Applications for Preferential Leasing of Agricultural Machinery
The "Made in Kazakhstan" program is extended to 2025: equipment leasing at 6% per annum, up to 10 years, with a 15% down payment

Kazakhstan continues to implement preferential leasing programs aimed at supporting the agricultural sector and stimulating demand for domestically produced agricultural machinery. JSC "KazAgroFinance" has announced the start of applications under the "Made in Kazakhstan" program for 2025, with the same favorable conditions remaining in place — among the most attractive on the market.
According to the company, in 2024, farmers acquired 336 units of equipment under this program, totaling 10.5 billion tenge. Tractors and combines remain the most in-demand items. Since the program's launch, over two thousand units of machinery of domestic production or assembly have been leased.
The "Made in Kazakhstan" program offers leasing at a fixed annual interest rate of 6%, with a minimum down payment starting at 15% and a financing term of up to 10 years — significantly more favorable than standard market terms. Additionally, there is an opportunity to use government subsidies to cover the first leasing payment, which lowers the entry threshold for farmers with limited working capital.
In 2025, farmers can also take advantage of another initiative — the "Preferential Leasing" program. It offers a 5% annual rate, financing for up to 7 years, and a deferral of the first payment until December 1, 2025. The state has allocated 200 billion tenge for this program.
Applications for both programs can be submitted remotely via the official KazAgroFinance Telegram bot: https://t.me/kaz_agro_finance_bot. After submitting the application, participants must provide a full set of documents to the nearest KazAgroFinance branch within five working days.
Through these tools, the government continues to support agricultural producers and simultaneously stimulates the development of the domestic agricultural machinery industry. The favorable leasing terms make it an accessible solution for both large agroholdings and small-scale farms.
