Operational Group for Agro-Exports: Results of Negotiations with China

Kazakhstan and China have agreed to establish an operational working group to address trade and export issues

 

During a working visit to China, the Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Aidarbek Saparov, held talks with the head of the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), Yu Jianhua. The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Head of GACC, Wang Lingjun, along with key department and division leaders from the Chinese customs service.

The discussions focused on expanding trade turnover between Kazakhstan and China. Topics included the approval of new products for export to China, the inclusion of Kazakh enterprises in China's importers registry, and other issues aimed at facilitating trade processes.

Aidarbek Saparov emphasized the importance of strengthening trade and economic ties between the two countries, noting that joint efforts should help achieve strategic goals and produce tangible results.

As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to establish a working group to address operational issues and further develop their cooperation.

This visit marked an important step in strengthening the partnership between Kazakhstan and China, particularly in the agricultural sector, showcasing the readiness of both sides to deepen their economic collaboration.
