🌾 Chinese Holding Discusses Cooperation with Prodkorporatsiya

A grain processing plant with a capacity of up to 3 million tons per year is planned in the Akmola region

A high-tech grain processing complex is planned to be constructed in the Akmola region of Kazakhstan. The project, which will process up to 1 million tons of wheat annually in the first phase and later expand its capacity to 3 million tons, was discussed during meetings between the Kazakh side and Chinese partners.

Negotiations between the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Prodkorporatsiya," Asylkhan Zhumashev, and the head of SHIJIXIANGHE Agribusiness Group, Yao San, focused on organizing stable grain supplies for the future plant. Representatives from KAZAKH INVEST also participated in the discussions. The Chinese side considers Prodkorporatsiya as one of the potential suppliers of raw materials for the plant.

As noted by Asylkhan Zhumashev, the company is ready to provide the necessary volumes of grain to ensure the plant's stable operation. The project's implementation will be a significant step forward for the development of the region's agro-industrial complex and the establishment of stable sales channels for Kazakh farmers.

Earlier, a Chinese delegation led by Ma Hunhan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Dalian Hesheng Holdings, held a meeting with Kazakhstan's Prime Minister, Olzhas Bektenov. The meeting discussed the potential for cooperation and the implementation of a promising project in Kazakhstan.
