Description
Air-sieve separator for grain with a capacity of up to 8 tons per hour, made in China, with a bucket elevator included (for feeding grain into the processing zone). The machine is designed for small farms. The principle of operation is based on cleaning the clogged product, first of all, in an aspiration column from light (dust, chaff) impurities and subsequently cleaning according to physical and mechanical properties on a sieve mill in order to separate large, heavy, strawy, small impurities that differ from the main product. The gravity mill also allows you to separate broken, puny, corroded, damaged grain and thus the finished product - seeds can be used for sowing purposes. A special feature of the machine is its mobility, the portable nature of work on an asphalt site, in a hangar, or a warehouse. In this case, grain waste and the finished product are usually packaged in bags. But you can also use it in stationary Complexes - Mehtok, Mehvyshka, Sob, etc. Electricity consumption 12.6 kW, machine weight 2.5 tons, dimensions 2.6 * 2.5 * 3.4 meters. In addition, the machine is used as part of the Seed line. For these purposes, the technological chain of machines will consist of the following units: 1) preliminary purification from coarse, light impurities, 2) primary purification, 3) secondary (fine) purification, 4) stone separation, 5) separation of full (heavy) seed on a pneumatic table, 6) metal magnetic cleaning, 7) photo separation, 8) pickling (if necessary), 9) dosing into bags (big bags), packaging, stuffing.
