The two-aspiration system with a diametrical fan used on the OZF machines makes it possible to change the air flow velocities in both channels and obtain a high-quality separation of not only lightweight weeds, but also thin, crushed and biologically inferior grain into the forage fraction at the same time. The air velocities in the aspiration channels regulate the change in the fan shaft speed using a frequency converter in the range 0 - 950 rpm. To work with small-seed crops, a frequency converter is installed, which regulates the frequency of vibrations of the lattice mills in the range from 0 to 400 vibrations per minute. On OZF-25 machines, a different two-tier system of grid arrangement is used, which provides a 2-fold increase in the area of sorting screens with the same total area. This increases the completeness of separation of inferior grain into the fodder fraction by 25% during the preparation of removable material and food grain, as well as reduces the energy intensity of the machine by 20-40% and metal intensity by 30-40%.
