ACC: Over 4,500 Farmers Have Already Received Financing
459 billion tenge in financing applications submitted

According to the Agrarian Credit Corporation (ACC), as of April 18, 2025, farmers across Kazakhstan submitted financing applications totaling 459 billion tenge for spring fieldwork and harvesting campaigns. A total of 6,816 agricultural producers from all regions have applied.
From this amount, 293 billion tenge have already been approved and disbursed to 4,571 farms. ACC clarified that total funding for this direction in 2025 will reach approximately 700 billion tenge, which is twice the volume allocated last year. Out of the total, 560 billion tenge will be raised from market sources — outside of the state budget.
Loans are offered at a preferential annual interest rate of 5%, with repayment deadlines set for March 1, 2026. For farmers lacking sufficient collateral, up to 85% of the loan amount is guaranteed by the Damu Fund.
In addition to financial support, agrarians are actively upgrading their equipment. According to KazAgroFinance JSC, leasing contracts worth 45.4 billion tenge have already been signed — aimed at acquiring around 2,500 units of machinery. Of this, 2,000 units of seeding equipment totaling 36.5 billion tenge have been contracted, as well as 453 harvesting machines valued at approximately 9 billion tenge.
Increased funding, flexible lending conditions, and large-scale machinery upgrades are expected to ensure the stability and efficiency of the 2025 sowing campaign.
