The actual figure exceeded the target by 244,200 tonnes. Compared with the same period of 2025, grain loading increased by 520,500 tonnes, reaching 113% of the previous year's level.

A total of 66,221 wagons of grain were dispatched by rail during the reporting period. A significant share of the cargo was destined for export.

Central Asia was the largest destination, receiving 37,752 wagons, or more than 2.63 million tonnes of grain. A total of 4,087 wagons, or 283,500 tonnes, were transported to Afghanistan, while 3,982 wagons, or 261,900 tonnes, were shipped to China.

The growth in performance was supported by the development of block-train transportation, which helps reduce cargo delivery times and improve the efficiency of rolling stock utilization. Over the eight months, 1,220 consignor routes were organized. Of these, 39 routes were used for transportation within Kazakhstan, while another 1,181 served export destinations.

The largest number of route shipments was directed to Central Asian countries, with 622 routes. A total of 535 routes to China were organized via the Dostyk – Altynkol corridor. Another nine routes were dispatched toward Russian Railways, 14 to Iran via the Port of Aktau, and one to Turkmenistan.

Growth was also recorded in the transportation of milled products. Over the eight-month period, loading volumes reached 312,600 tonnes, equivalent to 69% of the planned target.

Compared with the same period last year, the volume of milled product transportation reached 115.9%, increasing by almost 43,000 tonnes. The main destinations for these products remain Afghanistan, China, Central Asian countries and Kazakhstan's domestic market.
