🪙 "Aul Amanaty" Program: 50 Billion Tenge to Support Rural Areas in 2025

A digital microcredit system ensures a fast and transparent application process

A republican seminar on the “Aul Amanaty” program was held in Kyzylorda, where participants discussed key aspects of the initiative's implementation and shared experiences. The event included sectional meetings and a product exhibition featuring items from program participants across various regions, reports Agrosearch.kz.

Launched in 2023 by presidential decree, the “Aul Amanaty” program aims to boost rural incomes by providing microloans with low interest rates. Last year, 100 billion tenge was allocated, enabling the issuance of 17,000 microloans and the creation of new jobs.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, 337 agricultural cooperatives have been financed with 7.1 billion tenge, and 16,000 microloans worth 95.6 billion tenge have been issued, creating 17,000 jobs. Support for new projects continues, with 426 microloans already issued for 4.7 billion tenge, generating over 600 additional jobs.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture Yerbol Taszhurekov announced that 50 billion tenge has been earmarked for 2025. Turkestan Region will receive 7.4 billion tenge, Kyzylorda Region – 5.5 billion tenge, Zhambyl Region – 5 billion tenge, and Aktobe Region – 4 billion tenge.

To enhance transparency and efficiency, a digital microcredit system has been launched, developed in collaboration with the Analytical Center for Economic Policy in Agriculture. This system allows applications to be submitted and reviewed electronically, speeding up loan issuance and ensuring detailed monitoring.

The system is now operational nationwide, and applications from borrowers are being accepted.

At the seminar, participants highlighted the importance of sharing experiences and discussed current program challenges. The exhibition showcased products from farmers and entrepreneurs successfully using the program's support.
