Russia Extends Export Duty on Rapeseed Until 2028
The export duty remains at 30% of the customs value, but not less than €165 per tonne
The Russian government has decided to extend the export duty on rapeseed until August 31, 2028, according to OleoScope.
The duty rate remains unchanged at 30% of the customs value, but not less than €165 per tonne.
The export duty on rapeseed has been in effect since September 1, 2024. It replaced the previously imposed complete ban on rapeseed exports. The measure is intended to support the domestic processing of oilseed crops and promote the development of Russia's processing industry.
