A 64 Billion Tenge Agro-Industrial Cluster Project to Be Implemented in North Kazakhstan Region
The project includes the construction of feedlots, a meat processing facility, and a dairy farm
A major investment project aimed at establishing an agro-industrial cluster is set to be implemented in Kazakhstan's North Kazakhstan Region. A memorandum of cooperation was signed between JSC "SPK Soltustik" and North Grain LLP during the Qyzyljar Investment Forum — 2026, held in Petropavlovsk.
According to the company, the project will establish a modern agro-industrial complex in the Aiyrtau District, integrating cattle feeding and processing, industrial sheep farming, and dairy production.
The project includes the construction of a feedlot for 20,000 head of cattle, a meat processing plant, a sheep farming complex for 20,000 head of small livestock, and a dairy farm designed for 1,200 head of cattle. The total investment in the project is estimated at 64 billion tenge.
JSC "SPK Soltustik" stated that its Investor Service and Innovation Support Center will continue supporting the project under the one-stop-shop principle. The investor will receive organizational and consulting support throughout all stages of project implementation.
