KTZ Express shipped flour from Kostanay to the United States
The delivery was organized via a multimodal route using rail and sea logistics
KTZ Express has carried out a new shipment of Kazakh wheat flour along the Kostanay — New York route using the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor). The shipment took place on March 10, 2026, with a volume of 24 tons of products manufactured by Salamat Company LLP, one of the largest flour milling enterprises in Kazakhstan and a key player in Central Asia. The growing volume of deliveries indicates sustained interest from international markets in Kazakh products.
The transportation was organized in a multimodal container format using both rail and sea transport. At the first stage, KTZ Express handled containerization and delivery from Kostanay to the port of Aktau. The cargo was then transported across the Caspian Sea to the port of Alat (Azerbaijan), followed by transit through the Black Sea from the port of Poti (Georgia) with further passage through Istanbul into the Mediterranean Sea.
The final stage of the route проходит через the Atlantic Ocean with delivery to the port of New York. Maritime transportation is carried out in partnership with one of the world’s крупнейших shipping companies — CMA CGM. The total transit time is approximately 58 days.
KTZ Express emphasized that it maintains full control over the transportation process from dispatch to final destination, ensuring transparency of the logistics chain and confirming the efficiency of the route for entering new markets.
