🌾 Interim Harvest Results: Over 20 Million Tons of Grain Collected in Kazakhstan
Over 20 million tons of grain have been collected from 13.6 million hectares, with an average yield of 14.8 c/ha.

As of today, Kazakhstan has completed the harvest of more than 13.6 million hectares of grain and leguminous crops, resulting in over 20 million tons of grain being collected with an average yield of 14.8 c/ha.
Of this, wheat was harvested from 10.7 million hectares, producing 15.2 million tons of grain with an average yield of 14.2 c/ha. Barley was harvested from 1.9 million hectares, yielding 3.3 million tons with an average yield of 16.7 c/ha, while oats were harvested from 158.2 thousand hectares, producing 250 thousand tons with an average yield of 15.8 c/ha.
Additionally, oilseeds were harvested from 494 thousand hectares this year, yielding 568 thousand tons with an average yield of 11.5 c/ha.
Significant results were also achieved in the vegetable and potato sectors: 2.2 million tons of potatoes were harvested from 95 thousand hectares with an average yield of 233.8 c/ha, while 2.4 million tons of vegetables were collected from 100.1 thousand hectares with an average yield of 248.2 c/ha. Melons were harvested from 97.8 thousand hectares, resulting in over 5 million tons of produce with an average yield of 264.1 c/ha.
To carry out the harvesting campaign, significant technical resources were involved, including 149.9 thousand tractors, 37.6 thousand grain harvesters, 14.9 thousand reapers, and 195 thousand units of other equipment.
It is worth noting that concessional financing for spring fieldwork and harvesting in 2024 amounted to 580 billion tenge, which is almost three times higher than in previous years. All issues related to the harvesting campaign are under strict control.
