The Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Reviewed Judicial Experience in Applying the APPC

The event was aimed at improving the quality of handling citizens’ appeals and the provision of public services

A seminar titled “Ensuring Uniformity of Administrative Practice: Judicial Experience” was held at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by Saltanat Shamshinurova, Judge of the Judicial Panel for Administrative Cases of the Astana City Court.

During the seminar, participants discussed current issues related to the application of the Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code, as well as modern approaches developed through judicial practice. Special attention was paid to practical examples from the Ministry’s activities and the most common mistakes made by government agencies when reviewing citizens’ appeals and making administrative decisions.

A separate focus of the discussion was the need for uniform application of administrative legislation. Participants also examined issues related to compliance with the principles of legality, fairness, and transparency in the activities of government bodies.

The seminar was attended by managers and employees of the Ministry’s structural divisions and committees, as well as representatives of territorial divisions and subordinate organizations who joined via videoconference.

According to the organizers, such events contribute to improving the professional competencies of civil servants, developing a unified law enforcement practice, and further enhancing the quality of handling citizens’ appeals and delivering public services.
