A new oil extraction plant worth 2 billion tenge has started operations in Pavlodar Region

The enterprise in Pavlodar district will produce unrefined sunflower oil and products of deep oilseed processing

An oil extraction plant operated by KEMENGER MAY LLP has been commissioned in the village of Kemenger in Pavlodar district. The enterprise specializes in the production of unrefined sunflower oil and deep processing of oilseed crops. The plant’s capacity allows it to process up to 60 thousand tons of raw materials and produce up to 35 thousand tons of finished products annually.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, the project was implemented during 2025–2026. The total investment in the construction and launch of the enterprise amounted to 2 billion tenge.

The plant is focused on both the domestic market and export supplies.
