Over the next six years, Russia plans to significantly increase the production of agricultural products, including grain and oilseeds. According to Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut, grain production, including legumes, is projected to reach 170 million tons by 2030.

In parallel, oilseed production is expected to rise to 36.4 million tons. Significant growth is also anticipated in the livestock sector: milk production is set to reach 38.5 million tons, while livestock and poultry meat production will grow to 19.8 million tons.

These ambitious goals are based on Russia's already high level of self-sufficiency in key products. Consequently, a notable increase in agricultural exports is expected. By 2030, exports are forecasted to reach $55.2 billion.

Russia also aims to boost agricultural production by 25% compared to 2021 levels, with exports growing by 1.5 times.

These measures are aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Russian agricultural products on the global market and strengthening the country's food security.
