Rusagrotrans Raises Forecast for Russian Wheat Exports in September

The analytical center of JSC Rusagrotrans has revised upward its forecast for Russian wheat exports in September. The volume of shipments is now estimated at 2.2 million tonnes.

According to analysts, the forecast was adjusted due to an acceleration in shipment rates across a number of export destinations.

Previously, the center's experts expected Russia to export around 1.75 million tonnes of wheat in September.

According to updated data from analysts, around 1.1 million tonnes of Russian wheat had already been shipped to foreign markets in the first half of September.
