Applications for the Ken Dala 2 Program to Open on October 1
Agricultural producers will have access to financing at 5% per annum through the ACC, banks, credit partnerships and SECs
Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC will begin accepting applications on October 1, 2026, for financing spring fieldwork and harvesting operations for the 2027 season under the Ken Dala 2 program. The interest rate for agricultural producers will be 5% per annum.
The Agrarian Credit Corporation first launched the early financing mechanism under the Ken Dala 2 program at the end of 2024. This enabled agricultural producers to prepare for the upcoming season in advance and plan their main expenses before the start of the sowing campaign.
This approach will continue in preparation for the 2027 season. Applications will open on October 1, 2026, allowing farmers to secure the necessary funds in advance.
Agricultural producers use early financing to prepare for the entire production cycle. The funds received are used to purchase necessary resources, repair machinery and plan expenses for upcoming fieldwork.
The volume of financing provided under the program has increased significantly since its launch. At the end of 2025, agricultural producers received KZT 501.5 billion under the Ken Dala 2 program, including through the early financing mechanism.
The amount of financing provided continued to increase during the 2026 season. As of September 16, farmers had received KZT 664.4 billion.
At the same time, access to financing is expanding. Applications can be submitted and funds obtained under the program through second-tier banks, credit partnerships and socio-entrepreneurial corporations. Financing is also available directly through the branch network of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC.
