KazAgroFinance to Write Off Fines Incurred Due to Subsidy Delays

KazAgroFinance to Write Off Fines for Farmers affected by Subsidy Delays

JSC "KazAgroFinance" has announced the launch of a large-scale campaign aimed at reducing the debt burden on agricultural producers. The Company is prepared to annul penalties (fines and accrued interest) for borrowers whose overdue debts arose due to technical reasons—specifically, the untimely receipt of budget subsidies.

This initiative is designed to support farmers who conscientiously fulfill their obligations but face cash flow gaps due to delays in the payment of the subsidized portion of the interest rate by the state.

The preferential offer period is valid from November 24, 2025, to March 1, 2026. The company emphasizes that the write-off mechanism covers a wide range of debts:

 * Overdue debts accumulated prior to the start of the campaign.

 * Debts that may arise directly during the campaign period.

The key condition for participation in the program is the repayment of the debt "principal." To qualify for the full cancellation of penalty sanctions, farmers must:

 * Fully repay the amount of the overdue principal debt.

 * Repay the overdue remuneration (interest), including the portion that was intended to be covered by subsidies.

Upon fulfillment of these financial obligations, the accrued penalties and fines will be written off automatically based on an application.

The procedure is application-based. Clients wishing to take advantage of this opportunity for financial recovery must submit a corresponding application to the regional branches of JSC "KazAgroFinance."
