Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan Approve Veterinary Certificates for Fish and Honey Exports

Kazakhstan secures veterinary approval to export fish and honey to Azerbaijan

Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan have agreed on veterinary certificates for the export of Kazakh fish, fish products, honey, and beekeeping products. The agreement, reached during negotiations between the veterinary services of both countries, paves the way for Kazakh producers to access the promising Azerbaijani market.

The approved certificates ensure that the products meet international veterinary safety standards. This development reflects the active efforts of both parties to ensure the quality and safety of animal-origin goods and signifies the high level of mutual trust between the two nations.
For Kazakhstani companies, this represents an opportunity to expand exports and strengthen their position on the international stage. The Azerbaijani market is becoming a new destination for shipments, supporting Kazakhstan's export diversification strategy.

The Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to work on simplifying export procedures. Negotiations are ongoing with other countries to create conditions conducive to promoting Kazakh products in global markets.

Experts believe the agreement will strengthen trade ties between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. In the near future, an increase in exports and new opportunities for cooperation in the agricultural sector are expected.
