Nazgul Khatepova Appointed Vice Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan

Before the appointment, she served as Director of the Department of Crop Production of the Ministry of Agriculture

By a resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nazgul Serikkaliyevna Khatepova has been appointed Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Nazgul Khatepova was born in 1990 in the West Kazakhstan Region. She graduated from Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University, M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University, and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where she earned a Master's degree in Business and Management.

She began her career within the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan in 2012. Until 2021, she worked as a manager, expert, and chief expert.

From 2021 to 2022, she headed the Department for Agricultural Product Certification at the Ministry of Agriculture.

From 2022 to 2025, she served as Director of the Department of Agri-Food Markets and Agricultural Products Processing of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Since January 2025, and until her new appointment, she had been serving as Director of the Department of Crop Production of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
